SHIPPING

 

When will I get my items?

After sales we take 1 day to mentally reset before shipping items. USPS shipping times are roughly 5 business days. However, we cannot guarantee shipping times. 

Where is my tracking?

We ship USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Tracking is sent to the email or phone number you provide at checkout.

My package is lost!

Occasionally we run into delayed and lost packages. If this is the case, please send us a message so we can best assist you as each case is different.

Sizing

We want your gear to fit your dog perfectly! Please carefully review all sizing charts and measure your dog before placing your order.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have selected the correct size.
Due to the custom and/or made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly encourage you to contact us prior to ordering, we are happy to help guide you to the best fit.

 MATERIALS, WEAR, TEAR & CARE

What hardware do you use?

On our vests, we DO NOT USE welded d-rings.  We have chosen to use non-welded d-rings because vests are NOT made to be used for mobility of any kind.  Our collars and harnesses DO have welded d-rings.

What material do you use for your vests?

 We use a high quality waterproof canvas and/or marine vinyl depending on the product.

 What happens if my vest breaks?

We offer repairs on our vests (at buyer's expense) if ZERO modifications have been made to our product.  Buyer is responsible for shipping, time, and materials for repairs. Please reach out on instagram so we can best help you.

We strongly encourage tracked shipping when returning a package to CoastalPup Collective for repair and cannot be held liable for USPS lost or missing items when being shipped repairs.

HANDMADE GEAR

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations or minor imperfections may occur. While we do our best to ensure quality, occasional details may be missed. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out so we can review your situation.


 How do I wash my gear?

Our canvas products can be machine washed cold, gentle cycle and lay flat to dry.  Vinyl products scrub/wipe clean with a little dawn and sponge or rag, then rinse and lay flat to dry. For hard stains, please reach out to us as each case is different!
