Due to the custom, made-to-order, and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. No Refunds
We do not issue refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Color preference changes
Buyer’s remorse
Failure to read product descriptions
Shipping delays outside of our control
Refusal of delivery
2. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any items.
Please carefully review sizing charts, descriptions, and photos before purchasing.
3. Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.
4. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, spelling, shipping addresses, and order details at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The packaging
The shipping label
Approved claims may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback after agreeing to this policy may result in:
Permanent refusal of future service
Submission of this policy and order confirmation as evidence to your payment provider
