RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND MORE!

RETURNS 

Due to the nature of dog gear, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS

We no longer offer refunds.  As of January 2023, we are ALL SALES FINAL. 

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of dog gear, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING

We ship USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.  Our items ship in 1-2 business days. Incomplete addresses on orders including but not limited to missing house numbers or street names will be automatically refunded. We cannot ship to known undeliverable addresses and these orders will be refunded with no warning.

REMAKES

We currently offer remakes on a first come first serve basis. When offered, spots are limited to keep wait times low. 

We politely ask that our designs not be taken to other shops. We work hard to create new and original to our shop designs and kindly ask they not be duplicated. 

CUSTOMS

Custom spots are offered on a first come first serve basis. When offered, spots are limited to keep wait times low.

Coastal Pup Collective shall have the right to reuse any such content in the satisfaction of any other order. This includes if a template was sent along with the order for reference and the final product looks like the template. By purchasing from our shop, you agree that the final design that is created by Coastal Pup Collective will be the intellectual property of Coastal Pup Colllective. Coastal Pup Collective has rights to use any part or all of the design for other customers. 

We do not sell custom digitizing or template designs for personal or professional use. This includes personal logos and custom designed graphics.

HANDMADE GEAR

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations or minor imperfections may occur. While we do our best to ensure quality, occasional details may be missed. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out so we can review your situation.

CHARGE BACKS

If you make a purchase from our store and file a charge back without reaching out to us, we will no longer do business with you.  All future purchases will be automatically canceled and refunded. 

TAXES

It is the buyer's responsibility to cover any and all state taxes.

MISUSE OF GEAR

Our gear is NOT made for mobility of any kind.  Any misuse of our gear that results in damage to the gear or injury to you or your dog is NOT our responsibility and we are NOT liable due to the improper use.  Vests should NEVER be used for mobility.

WORKING DOG SUITABILITY 

Our gear is intended for sound, healthy, properly trained working dogs. We are not responsible for injuries, strain, or accidents resulting from use on dogs who are medically unsound, in pain, untrained, or otherwise unable to safely perform working tasks. 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

For buyer and seller protection, we do not sell to anyone under the age of 18. By purchasing from our shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at our discretion, including attempts to circumvent prior refusals or purchasing on behalf of another individual.

 We politely ask that our designs not be taken to other shops. We work hard to create new and original to our shop designs and kindly ask they not be duplicated. Customers found stealing designs are subject to being blocked with no explanation.
