Black webbing with royal blue vinyl y-front harness with velcro adjustments, triple padded chest plate and matching grounding strap. 28-34" girth, 8-12" shoulder, 9-13" sternum, 14" grounding strap. Reversible convertible is 17" panel with zipper pockets
