Black webbing with lime green vinyl and bright blue embroidery yfront harness with velcro adjustments and triple padded chest plate and matching mesh cape. Harness has a 27-33" girth, 8-12" shoulders, 9-13" sternum and 14" grounding strap. 17" panel cape.
